The rates above do not include:
- 12% occupancy tax
- All reservations also pay a cleaning fee ($60 for the cottage and $75 for the bungalow) and require a refundable damage deposit ($200 for the cottage and $275 for the bungalow)
Please also note:
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for the cottage and 6 nights for the bungalow; 6 nights are required in both locations December 17, 2012, through April 21, 2013.
- Special rates will be in effect for state-wide special events (e.g., the January 2009 Superbowl in Tampa, the August 2012 Republican National Convention).
- Until a reservation is confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
