I have called and did not get an answer

You must wait for Voice Mail, leave your name phone number, the # of people in your party and desired dates. We respond within 2 hours between the hours of 10 AM-10 PM

How do we know the properties really exist?

Simply Google, Bing, FourSquare, Yahoo, Yelp, Instagram for Erehwon Retreat, or Map Quest or Google Maps. You will see all the listings, some with reviews along with Address, Phone # and Email.

Are the prices set or is there room for negotiations?

Erehwon Retreat prices are revised Quarterly. We announce discounts via our Newsletter. For general planning the least expensive months to visit Florida are May, September, October, November. We also schedule planned maintenance, cosmetic renewals during this period. HIGH SEASON runs December 12 – April 12 & all 3-day National Holidays.

How do we handle payments?

Our Secure Site accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.

For reservation check ins within 60 days, we charge your card 50% at the time of completing your reservation and balance 15 days prior to your check in. For reservations more than 60 days prior to check in, we modify with 10% down, 40% at 60 days and 50% at 15 days prior to check in. For We do not accept personal checks.

Can I get any refunds due to weather?

Sorry, we cannot control the weather, but our rental contract does have a refund provision for National Hurricane Center’s Named Storms. If you choose not to come or to checkout early due to weather, you forfeit your rent.

What if something goes wrong while I’m there? How will it get fixed if the owner lives miles away?

We are very conscientious about maintenance and do a lot of preventive measure to ensure that things will not go wrong. But in the unlikely event that something does break while you’re with us, simply call Henry. We will get the problem resolved quickly and professionally, even on a Sunday.

Do I have to clean the property before I leave?

No, our cleaning staff will come in and clean after you leave. We simply ask you to remove all trash and place it in the Big Blue container at the back of the cottage and recyclables in the Green container next to the Cottage Off-Street Parking space.

Is daily cleaning service available?

If you would like daily service, be sure to ask. It can be arranged for an additional charge $30 per hour.

How do you select the languages you translate

We semi-annually Google Analytics review the countries which have more than 26 visits. We of course include any country of prior guests.
