A  Erehwon Retreat is Short Term Tampa Vacation Rental Agency offering 2 Historic 1923 Holiday Homes since March 0f 2010. Arrangements for rent may be made directly thru this site or if you are more comfortable with Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip Advisor, & Vrbo.

I called and no one answered

Wait for Voice Mail, leave your name, phone number, the # in your party, and desired dates. We respond within 2 hours between the hours of 10 AM-10 PM.

How do we know the properties really exist?

Search Erehwon Retreat on: Google, Bing, FourSquare, Yahoo, Yelp, Instagram, Map Quest or Google Maps. You will see all the listings, some with reviews along with Address, Phone # and Email.

Are the prices set?

A  Property rates are revised Quarterly. Join our mailing list and you receive a 7% discount on all reservations in your name.  We announce seasonal discounts via our semi-annual Newsletter.  The least expensive months to visit Florida (Off Season) are May, September, October, early November.  High Season runs from Thanksgiving Week thru April 12. All 3 days national holidays are High Season Rates.

How do you handle payments?

Our Secure Site accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.

For reservation check ins within 60 days, we charge your card 50% at the time of completing your reservation and balance 15 days prior to your check in. When reservations are more than 60 days prior to check in, we modify with 10% down, 40% at 60 days and 50% at 15 days prior to check in.  We do not accept personal checks.

Can I get a refund due to weather?

Sorry, we cannot control the weather, but our rental contract does have a refund provision for National Hurricane Center’s Named Storms. If you choose not to come or to checkout early due to weather, you forfeit your rent.

What if something goes wrong while I’m there?

We are very conscientious with Planned Maintenance conducted  semi-annually to ensure that things will not go wrong. But in the unlikely event that something does break while you’re with us, simply TXT Henry, your on property host.

May I have to clean the property before I leave?

A No, our cleaning staff will come in and clean after you leave. We simply ask you to remove all trash and place it in the Big Blue container at the back of the cottage and recyclables in the Green container next to the Cottage Off-Street Parking space.

Is daily cleaning service available?

If you would like daily service may be arranged for an additional charge $30 per hour.  All in visit cleaning has been suspended during Covid19.

Q How do you select the languages you translate

A We review Goggle Analytics semi-annually to review the countries which have more than 26 visits to our website. We of course include any country of prior guests.
